State and Federal Drug Charges

Drug charges carry with them significant consequences, particularly when one is accused
of distribution or conspiracy.  In many drug cases the government has executed search warrants,
arrest warrants or obtained wire taps.  I have extensive experience with suppressing warrants and
excluding evidence when the government has failed to follow procedures or violated a client's Constitutional Rights.
